BREEDING SEASON CHECK LIST

Our collection days are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from Feb 2 - June 29.

All breeding contracts MUST be fully executed and PAID IN FULL before semen will be released.
Credit card MUST be on file before requesting semen.
- If credit card declines and isn’t taken care of before courier arrives, shipment will not be sent.
Call our office (405-847-9907) the day before shipment is needed to get on the shipping list.
- When calling office to request shipment please have registered name of mare, shipping address (if Saturday delivery address is different, please notify us) & owner’s name.
Confirm OR cancel by 7 AM CST day of collection via phone (405-847-9907) with our office.
- If you do not cancel before 7 AM CST we will charge the credit card on file for the full shipment.
Deep horn doses are a possibility on popular stallions with full books - please plan accordingly with your vet (we will call and let you know if we will be shipping a deep horn dose prior to shipment).
If the stallion is not available for cooled semen, frozen semen may be available.
Red River Equine LLC is not responsible for costs arising from shipments lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, or condition of cooled or frozen shipped semen because of damage or delays in transit.

Important Reminder:

You MUST call our office (405-847-9907) to get on our collection list, this is the only way to confirm shipment. If calling on Sundays, please leave a voicemail to get on Monday’s collection list & then call back Monday to confirm.
